Join us for one of the most loved fairytales of all time!

Our handsome Count is cursed to spend his life transformed into a frightening beast. The only way to escape his fate and break the spell is to learn to fall in love and earn love in return before the last petal of the magic rose falls.

With spectacular scenery, fabulous costumes, slapstick humour and lots of audience participation, Beauty & The Beast is the perfect festive treat for the whole family!

Marina Samba Band

Open to all ages and experience levels, this new community samba band is a great opportunity for a fun, social and expressive activity.  The band rehearses weekly (on a Tuesday) at the Marina Theatre, Lowestoft, and will be taking part in a range of performances and events throughout the year.

The band is lead by Marcus Patteson (Rabo de Foguete) an experienced local Samba tutor and carnivalist.

No experience necessary and all instruments supplied.

Enjoy music? Want to meet people & learn a new skill? Then why not join our Ukulele Orchestra?

The orchestra meets weekly at the Marina Theatre, working towards performances at the theatre and other locations in and around Lowestoft throughout the year.

Our fun and relaxed music groups are a perfect way to get to know new friends, learn or develop your musical skills and flex your creative muscles!

For anyone aged 18+. No experience or equipment necessary – just turn up and our fantastic facilitators will get you making sweet sweet music!

Designed to give members a chance to meet and discuss theatre, read plays and even rehearse and stage them! You might have experience in professional or amateur theatre, be an enthusiastic audience member, or maybe just looking to make new friends in the area. Either way, if you love theatre, we’d love you to join the Next Stagers.

No previous theatre experience necessary and newcomers are always welcome!
