Andy Gallant

Andy retired from Norfolk Constabulary in 2012 having spent over 30 years working in a variety of local and national roles. He subsequently went on to qualify as a Prince2® Practitioner and established his own consultancy firm, specialising in project management, change management and stakeholder engagement.

Andy has used his expertise to manage projects with DEFRA, East Suffolk Council and East Riding Council, focusing on fishing industries and port developments.

Andy has lived in Lowestoft for over 10 years and plays an active role in community development. Undertaking the role of Chair for the Marina Theatre has allowed him to combine his passions and skills for the benefit of Lowestoft.
